Complete the online rental application with accurate and detailed information. Be prepared to provide income verification, rental history, and contact information. Once submitted, our team begins the review process.

Screening and Tour

We carefully verify employment, rental history, and conduct a background and credit check. If everything aligns with our rental criteria, we will schedule a property tour. In some cases, tours may be scheduled earlier based on availability.

Approval and Lease signing

If approved, you’ll receive a formal approval notice along with lease documents. Review the lease carefully, ask any questions, and submit your signed agreement within the stated timeframe to secure the property.

Payment& Move-In

Once the lease is signed, we collect the first month’s rent and security deposit. After funds are received and confirmed, we coordinate key pickup and welcome you to your new home.
